What the app can do
An assigned trip appears right away with instructions, addresses, contacts and documents (CMR, waybill, permits).
One big button: arrived for loading → loaded → photo → en route → unloaded. The shipper and dispatcher see everything in real time.
Photos of cargo, seals, documents, damage and traffic jams with a GPS tag. A “Problem” button and SOS for the dispatcher.
Your position is sent to the dispatcher once a minute even with the screen off; without a network, points are stored and sent later.
Separate chats with the carrier and dispatcher, the general trip chat and Truck Hub support requests right from the app.
Push about a new trip, messages and support replies.
How to install
- 1Ask your carrier to add your phone number in the Truck Hub cabinet → “Drivers”. One number can be used by several carriers.
- 2Download the APK with the button below or scan the QR code with your phone.
- 3Allow installation from this source when Android asks, and install the app. If an old test version is installed and Android says “not installed” — uninstall it first; after that updates arrive inside the app.
- 4Sign in with your phone number and create a 4-digit PIN — after that the app remembers the number and asks only for the PIN. Allow location “Always” and notifications.
- 5On Xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung phones, disable battery optimisation for the app, otherwise background GPS may stop.
The app collects location only during an active trip and only for the dispatcher and shipper of that trip. Details in the privacy policy.
