Frequently asked questions

A brief overview of registration, the auction, SafePay, trip monitoring and safety. Didn't find your answer — write to us.

Getting started

Can I look at the platform without registering?+

Yes. The login page has "Continue as guest": it opens a genuine customer dashboard with test data. You can put together a request and see the recommended price, but publishing it or accepting a bid is only possible after registration and verification.

What's needed to register?+

Name, email, phone number and password. The Carrier additionally provides company or sole-trader details. Email and phone are confirmed with codes. For full access, the Carrier undergoes verification: the administrator checks company, driver and vehicle documents.

How long does verification take?+

Usually within one business day after submitting the questionnaire with documents. The status is visible in the dashboard; if something is missing, the administrator will send a request for the specific document.

How does a driver log in?+

The driver is added by the carrier in their account. The driver then opens truckhub.biz/driver, enters their phone number and receives an SMS code. The driver does not need a password.

Requests and auction

How does the auction work?+

The Customer publishes a request with the route, cargo and deadlines. Verified carriers place bids with price and terms. The Customer sees the price, Trust Score and terms of each carrier and chooses a contractor. Once chosen, the remaining bids are declined and the request becomes a trip.

What is the recommended price?+

A benchmark that the platform calculates based on vehicle type, weight, distance and special conditions (refrigerated, ADR). It does not restrict either the customer or the carrier — it's a hint for a reasonable starting point for the auction.

Can the terms be changed after selecting a carrier?+

Yes, through the "Change terms" section in the trip card. The other party sees the proposal and confirms or declines it. Agreed changes are recorded in the trip card.

SafePay and money

What is SafePay?+

Secure settlements: after selecting a carrier, the customer reserves the cost of the trip on the platform, and the carrier receives payment after delivery is confirmed. The carrier is confident the money is there; the customer is confident they are paying for work completed.

When does the carrier receive payment?+

After the customer confirms delivery in the dashboard, or, if there is no confirmation within 48 hours of unloading, after confirmation by the dispatcher based on the GPS track and photos. Payout within three banking days.

How much does the platform cost?+

Free for customers. Carriers pay a platform commission deducted from the trip amount; its size is shown in the trip card before confirmation. Carrier pricing plans — on the "Rates" page.

What happens to the money if a dispute arises?+

Funds are frozen until the platform's arbitration decision. Arbitration reviews the chat, photo evidence, GPS track and documents, and makes a decision: full payout, full refund, or a split of the amount between the parties. A penalty may be imposed on the party at fault.

Trip, GPS and documents

How is the trip monitored?+

The driver goes through stages in the app: confirmation, arrival for loading, photos of the cargo and seals, transit, unloading. GPS coordinates are transmitted during the trip. The customer, carrier and dispatcher see the route, deviations from the schedule and status.

Are photos mandatory?+

Yes, at the loading (cargo and seals) and unloading stages. This is the main evidence of the cargo's condition in a dispute, so the stage cannot be closed without photos.

Who can see the parties' contacts?+

The customer's and carrier's contacts are revealed to each other after a bid is selected. Before that, the carrier sees only the request terms, and the customer sees only the bids and Trust Score.

Trust Score and security

How is the Trust Score formed?+

Automatically: verified documents, number of completed trips, schedule compliance, reviews from both parties and absence of disputes. The administrator may adjust the score based on the outcome of an appeal.

What should I do if I suspect my account has been hacked?+

Write to info@truckhub.biz. The administrator can forcibly end all account sessions, after which you will need to log in again and change your password.

How does the platform deal with dishonest participants?+

Manual document verification, Trust Score, arbitration and a register of blocked entities: re-registration is not possible using the same phone, EDRPOU, vehicle VIN, passport or IBAN.
